Notice: This form must be filled out completely IMPORTANT: Removal of Pyramid sticker voids warranty. Do not send cables and manuals with RMA's unless pre-approved for credit. Credit/Restocking Fee: Items must be returned within 15 days (Local) or 21 days (Out of the area) of purchase if approved for credit. Even then market value may dictate a restocking fee. Items not received within 30 days of original purchase date will be charged a 15% restocking fee even if approved for credit. A 15% restocking fee will be charge for products that are returned as defective but test good. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Can usually only be returned for RMA swap on the same item. Credit is issued on a case by case basis. There may be a restocking fee even when a special order item can be returned. RMA# will be issued by RMA Dept . Don't send RMAs without an RMA# or there will be a processing fee of up to %15 of the value of the item. Items over one month old may require up to one month waiting period. WARRANTIES: All extended MFR. warranties are through the MFR. Extended MFR warranty is covered only as long as that MFR is in business. Unless the item is DOA , RMA name brand products directly to MFR. Example: Printers, Laptops, Scanners, Monitors, New Hard drives, Retail boxed CPU's and other Major name brand retail boxed items.
