Warranties


Customer understands that in most cases Pyramid is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Pyramid. In purchasing the products, Customer is relying on the manufacturer’s specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by Pyramid. In connection with services, neither affiliates of Pyramid nor third party service providers are agents of Pyramid and Pyramid has no obligation or liability arising from any services performed by or any warranty, if any, made by, such service providers.  Some product warranties will be handled by Pyramid Directly.  Please fill out RMA form and wait for response as to how to proceed.  In most cases the warranty is through the MFR after 30 days.

All extended MFR. warranties are through  the MFR.  Extended MFR warranty is covered only as long as that MFR is in business.  Unless the item is DOA , RMA name brand products directly to MFR.  Example: Printers, Laptops, Scanners, Monitors, New Hard drives, Retail boxed CPU's and other Major name brand retail boxed items.

IMPORTANT: Removal of Pyramid sticker voids warranty. Do not send cables and manuals with RMA's unless pre-approved for credit.

Refunds

Items must be returned within 15 days  (Local)  or 21 days  (Out of the area) of purchase if approved for credit. Even then market value may dictate a restocking fee.  Items not received within 30 days of original purchase date will be charged a 15% restocking fee even if approved for credit.  A 15% restocking fee will be charge for products that are returned as defective but test good. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Can usually only be returned for RMA swap on the same item.  Credit is issued on a case-by-case basis. There may be a restocking fee even when a special-order item can be returned.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please obtain an RMA number first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Limitation of Liability

Neither Pyramid nor its affiliates will be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party. Neither Pyramid nor its affiliates will be liable for products not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software or the provision of services by third parties. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services provided directly by Pyramid or its affiliates, neither Pyramid nor its affiliates are liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the dollar amount paid by customer for the product(s) or service(s) giving rise to the claim.

Pyramid will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.
